Job Details:
- Independent Contractor status, meaning you will be responsible for your own deductions & contributions (tax, CPP, etc)
- $15-20 an hour PLUS BONUSES
- 20-40 hours a week
Job Description:
The role of the Assistant Manager is to support and sometimes independently handle all of the duties and responsibilities of the General Manager. The Assistant Manager will serve as a liaison between customers, installers, and management. This position is responsible for customer service, consultations, estimates, shop upkeep, in addition to project and team management.
The individual hired for this position is a team player who enjoys working with customers and team members; excellent communication and a positive attitude is vital for this position.
Opportunity for advancement will be available within first 2 years.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of auto tint films, paint protection films, vinyl wraps, ceramic coating and detailing required
- Candidates with experience in any or all five of the above services will be given priority
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License (required)
- Minimum 2 years in-person, consultative sales experience (required)

- Must have the ability to explain and make recommendations to clients when needed
- Must be able to manage scheduling and manage installers (team members) and customer projects
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Welcome guests and deliver 5-star service.
- Use comprehensive knowledge of company’s products and services to be able to handle sales, give estimates, schedule appointments, conduct walk-around inspections, collect payments, and coordinate projects.
- Learn company procedures and policies and be able to implement them in day-to-day operations.
- Create efficiencies in planning projects, scheduling, and assigning tasks.
- Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner in person and over the phone.
- Shows commitment to the success of the company by continuously looking for ways to improve personal skills and the company as a whole.
- Assists management with quality control, ordering, correspondence, and hospitalities.
- Facilitates acquisition of materials and supplies for the team.
- Monitors stock and inventory on a daily basis.
Availability Requirements:
- Must be able to work 4 and/or 8 hour shifts
- Day and evening shifts
- Wednesday-Sunday shifts (may change later as we grow further)
- 20-40 hours a week, with the opportunity to get paid bonuses depending on store performance
